Get help

Support and bugs: hello@visitdesk.app. Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and your device. Don't send your password. We aim to reply within a few days.

In the app, Settings → Report a bug opens an email to us.

Report a person or something unsafe

In the app: open the more menu on a Drop, profile or session and choose Report. You can also Block someone from the same menu.
Email: hello@visitdesk.app for anything the in-app report can't cover.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Child safety

To report child sexual abuse or exploitation, or any concern about a child's safety on Desk, email hello@visitdesk.app with the subject "Child safety". We remove violating content and accounts and report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities. Read our child safety standards and Community Guidelines.

Privacy and your data

Questions, access, correction or deletion requests: hello@visitdesk.app. To delete your account, see visitdesk.app/delete-account. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms.

Appeals

If your account was suspended or content was removed and you think we got it wrong, email hello@visitdesk.app with your username and your reason. We'll review it and reply.
